Religious people and painful absence of spring of living water

Religious people often are looking for their gods or for The God and may find those gods or God useful for obtaining things in life. It is said that

Christians find God beautiful and knowing Him is the chief good they seek. {Gazing Upon True Beauty}

Lots of those people who call themselves Christian do not see the spiritual lifeline that will keep them from giving their heart to lesser loves and other beauties that will ultimately lead them into bondage, misery, and despair.

With most of those calling themselves Christian there is a painful absence of the spring of the living water, welling up in the lives of many walking around on this earth.

The fundamental reason why is that we have obeyed our thirst rather than embracing God’s gift. {Image is Nothing…Thirst is Everything…Obey Your Thirst}

Most Christians do not listen to the words of Jesus or do not want to hear what he says about his relationship with his heavenly Father.  They prefer to listen to the false teachings of those who call themselves theologians and twist the words of the Holy Scriptures.

To cherish to commend gave on 2016 March 18 a sound definition from the British-born Canadian Christian theologian who is known in the low church Anglican and Reformed traditions, James I. Packer his classic book Knowing God in the chapter “Thy Word is Truth”

“A person who acknowledges and lives under the Word of  God. He submits without reserve to the Word of God written in ‘the Scripture of truth’ (Daniel 10:21), believing the teaching, trusting the promises, following the commands. His eyes are to the God of the Bible as his Father, and the Christ of the Bible as his Savior. The Word of God has convinced him of sin and assured him of forgiveness. He aspires to have his whole life brought into line with it. The promises are before him as he prays, and the precepts are before him as he moves among others.

He knows that in addition to the Word of God spoken directly to him the Scriptures, God’s Word has also gone forth to create, and control, and order things around him; but since the Scriptures tell him that all things work together for his good, the thought of God ordering his circumstances brings him only joy. He is an independent fellow, for he uses the Word of God as a touchstone by which to test the various views that are put to him, and he will not touch anything which he is not sure that Scripture sanctions.”

J.I. Packer asked back in 1973: “Why does this description fit so few of us who profess to be Christians these days?” He concludes: “You will find it profitable to ask your conscience, and let it tell you.” {What is a Christian}

Jesus very well knew the Scriptures. After he was born he had to learn everything and before his death had still to say he did knew a lot of things not, whilst only God knows everything. The One Who can not die placed Jesus above the angels (him having been lower than angels before), but Jesus knew also he could not do anything without God Who is greater than him.

The Only True God Who send his only begotten beloved son to the world has given the world a spring for new life. Because that man, not doing his own will, not falling for temptation, always showing his love for God and fulfilling God’s commandments, accepted his ransom offering and took him out of the dead, to come to sit next to (or besides) Him (God) as a high-priest and mediator between Him (God) and man.

Ephesians 1:20  (Anderson)
which he made active in the Christ when he raised him from the dead, and caused him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places,

Matthew 26:64 (Anderson)
64 Jesus said to him: You have said. Moreover, I say to you, Hereafter you shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of the Almighty, and coming upon the clouds of heaven.

Hebrews 1:3  (Anderson)
who, being the effulgence of his glory and the exact representation of his essence, and upholding all things by his own powerful word, when he had by himself made expiation for our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,

Hebrews 10:12  (Anderson)
but after offering one sacrifice for sins, he himself sits continually at the right hand of God,

Hebrews 3:1-3 (Anderson)

Hebrews 3
1 Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the apostle and high priest of our confession, Christ Jesus, 2 who is faithful to him that appointed him, as Moses also was faithful in all his house. 3 For this man is counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who has builded the house, has more honor than the house.

1 Timothy 2:5-7 (Anderson)
5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 6 who gave himself a ransom for all, [of which] the testimony [has been given] in its proper times, 7 to give which testimony I have been appointed a preacher and an apostle; (I speak the truth, and lie not;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faithfulness and in truth.

Those who call themselves Christian should belief what Jesus says and what the God Who does not tell lies says. they also should come together to the city of the living God, becoming partakers of the Body of Christ. Together they should unite and become one with Christ, as Christ is one with God. The ones who call themselves “Christian” should belong to the congregation of the firstborn, who are enrolled in heaven, and to God, the judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous, who have been made perfect, and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant. They should really appreciate to have received the grace of salvation under the sprinkled blood that speaks of something better than Abel’s does.

Real Christians are those who follow the teachings of Christ and take care not to refuse the one who is speaking!

Hebrews 12:22-27 (Anderson)
22 But you have come to Mount Zion, and the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of angels; 23 to the general assembly and church of the first-born, who are enrolled in heaven, and to God, the judge of all, and to the spirits of the just made perfect, 24 and to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than the blood of Abel. 25 See that you reject not him that speaks: for if they escaped not who rejected that earthly man who gave the oracles, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that is from heaven, 26 whose voice then shook the earth; but now he has promised, saying, Yet once more I will shake not the earth only, but also the heaven. 27 And this [prophecy], Yet once more, signifies the removing of the things that are shaken, as of things that have been made, that the things which can not be shaken may remain.

The native New Mexican with roots in Santa Fe and Albuquerque Paul Smith, ventures into troubling waters today or is into foggy skies, wrestling for the past few days with a question that recurs frequently in conversations among brothers and sisters in Christ.

That question is, “Who is my brother or sister in Christ?” {Boundaries of Brotherhood}

Which is a very important question by which we as Christians should stand still. Because being a Christian is as follower of Christ also wanting to be a Brother in Christ.

At the center of the discussion is the frequently repeated and much discussed phrase, “in necessariis unitas, in dubiis libertas, in omnibus charitas.” (in matters of necessity, unity; in matters of doubt, liberty; in all things love) Confusion and ignorance reign. {Boundaries of Brotherhood}

We should be fully aware that there is a big difference in which way those Christians consider Jesus to be “Lord“. Lots of them want to make him to be the Most Highest Lord of lords instead of the worldly Lord of lords, the son of man and son of God.

Intellectually we may know that God’s grace must exceed our own human limits – otherwise we would be God!

– but emotionally I have a hard time welcoming those who disagree with me. After all, I am always right (c’mon – my tongue is firmly planted in my cheek). {Boundaries of Brotherhood}

writes the blogger of Instrument rated theology.

He seems to know that he must reject out-of-hand the growing chorus of the “easy believeism” that is sweeping through the Churches of Christ, and says

That is nothing other than the “Cheap Grace” identified by Dietrich Bonhoeffer. We cannot accept that two diametrically opposite views of Holy Scripture can both be correct. We cannot accept that two diametrically opposed views of worship – or especially of the requirements of Kingdom membership – can both be correct. We must allow for differences of opinion and conscience, but at some point there must be a determination of wrong and right, of heresy and of sound doctrine. Likewise, we must be careful that we do not elevate our own intellectual prowess to the level of God’s judgment. We do not tell God who is a part of his Kingdom, God does that. Refer to my Undeniable Truth for Theological Reflection #1, the foundation for theology must be humility. Our greatest error is in proclaiming that we are beyond making errors. If universalism is wrong, so is Phariseeism. {Boundaries of Brotherhood}

At the same time it is that want to have our human ideas instead of accepting the words of the Holy Scriptures that is dividing Christendom and Christianity. Human beings preferring to stick to human doctrines instead of Biblical doctrines make it that we do have so many denominations.

Problem is that not enough people are willing to pray for God’s Spirit to guide us into the healthy truth. When they ask their own gods (except from the Only One True God, not Jesus but Jehovah), whoever they might be, we do not think they will get answers from them, but if they listen carefully they shall be able to hear the Call of God, because God knows the heart, and when they sincerely want to look for God He shall guide them.

– the truth that sets proper boundaries where God has placed them, and not where fallible humans have placed them. {Boundaries of Brotherhood}

Pastor Craig Schweitzer thinks

Jesus is challenging us to open our hearts and minds to hear today’s humbling good news – God’s immeasurable love. {“God Loves You.” 03.06.2016 Sermon}

and asks

Are you and I open to that good news? The good news of our prodigal God’s immeasurable love that is freely and extravagantly shared with all: love that we cannot earn, love that we do not deserve. And our response to God’s grace and mercy encourages and invites us, even pleads with us, to share God’s perfect love with others. Even when those others look and act a whole lot like the two sons in today’s parable. (This section was inspired by the writing in Day Resources, Sundays & Seasons.com) {“God Loves You.” 03.06.2016 Sermon}

It makes it important for us to decide which way we do want to go. do we want ot keep to human tradition and keep sticking to the so called Holy Trinity, or do we want to take the Word of God, the Bible to be infallible and telling us the truth?

Fewer and fewer people take the time for deep study and thought anymore, partly because of the busyness of our lives.  We are quick to believe what we hear on social media or in the news because we just can’t be bothered with actually taking the time to investigate and think for ourselves. {Sounds Nice, But is it in the Bible?}

At this site we do ask you to compare what we and others say, with what is written in the most sacred Book of books and best-seller of all times: the Bible.

Let the living water flow of the pages of that book. Let it come into your hands, into your heart and into your spirit, opening your eyes and showing you that Jesus is the Way to the Only One True God.

A King who wanted to extol a King above all kings

When we go looking for God it is not bad to also have a look at those who in previous centuries looked for God or had found the Most High God.

One of the great Kings in the Middle East, who was secretly anointed by the prophet Samuel, after revoking Saul‘s designation as king, was chosen king by the elders of Judah. In the civil war that ensued, Ishbaal and Abner were slain. Their deaths removed the last obstacles from David‘s path to the throne, and about 1010 B.C.E. he was crowned king of all the Israelites.

As a skilled harpist and writer he wrote many psalms which we still have to bring us thinking about the One Who was praised by this king.

David’s Psalm 145 is a remarkable song of praise, extolling all that God must be. In reading or singing this Psalm each of us must think carefully about each point David makes. It becomes so easy, especially with hymns we become very familiar with, to repeat the words – simply as words – and the reality of their meanings cease to penetrate our minds in any wholesome sense. When they are about the absolute greatness of the Creator of all things we should feel utterly awed and totally humbled by what we read – and sing.

Psalms 145:2-3 (RNKJV)
2 Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever. 3 Great is יהוה {Jehovah}, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.

Would this frighten you? Or do we have no opportunity to find God because He is “Unsearchable”? Though His greatness, to which there is no end, can not be searched out, His  works, will declare God’s Power.

Psalms 145:4 (RNKJV)
4 One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.

Yes, the more the wonders of creation have been discovered – down to the minutest detail, the more this is seen as absolutely true – therefore, with ever greater feeling we will say – and sing –

Psalms 145:1 (RNKJV)

Psalms 145
1 I will extol thee, my Elohim, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.

Extolling is praising highly. The act of extolling the worshippers of God brought, should bring us to wonder why they where so keen to bring such honour to that God. Why also was the Name of that God so important that they wanted to bless His name “forever and ever” (verse 1)?

In the previous millennia there where many people who followed the men of God and knew all those incredible stories which were told from one generation unto the next.

Today there are not many parents who tell those stories from ancient days to their children. Not many do know the Biblical stories of the first writings of the Holy Scriptures, the Torah the Humash or Pentateuch, the Nevim or Nevi’im (or Prophets) and the Ketuvim aleph or third and final section of the Tanakh (Hebrew Bible)

In the Pre-Messianic Scriptures or Old Testament we can find many examples of people who doubted if there was a God accompanying them and willing to guide them through their life. Many of them became very well convinced how that God of gods, the Host of hosts, was willing to listen to them and to help them.

The structure of part of a DNA double helix

Many people in the past could see God’s wondrous works. Those Works of God had lots of people brought in awe. They could see the works of man and compare them with the works of God and saw that man’s contribution to the world was nothing compared to God’s contribution to this world.

What is the wonder of the miniature world of DNA – now made ‘visible’ through the cleverness of humans. Truly, at “the time of the end … knowledge shall increase” (Daniel 12:4) – and it has!
David’s Psalm reaches a mind compelling conclusion with his inspired words that the Most High God, the Elohim Jehovah is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth”.

Psalms 145:9-13 (RNKJV)
9 יהוה is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works. 10 All thy works shall praise thee, O יהוה; and thy saints shall bless thee. 11 They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power; 12 To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom. 13 Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion endureth throughout all generations.

Coming closer to the end-times it shall be even more important that people speak about God’s Wonder-works and have His Name be known all over the earth.

Matthew 24:14  (RNKJV)
And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

At that time there shall be again enough people who shall look up at Him Who fulfils the desire of those who fear Him. Him that assures us that He also hears our cry and saves them that call unto Him.

Psalms 145:17-20 (RNKJV)
17 יהוה is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works. 18 יהוה is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth. 19 He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them. 20 יהוה preserveth all them that love him: but all the wicked will he destroy.

We may count on it that the Only One True God shall preserve all who love Him. But we also must know that all the wicked He will destroy.

The people who want to guide you and help you on the search to God let their mouth speak the praise of the Most High, and want to proclaim all flesh His holy name forever and ever. When His kingdom reaches its climax – all lovers of God shall be rejoicing and see how this is wonderfully true!

We make sure now, showing our love by our actions to demonstrate we mean what we say – and at that time we will be there – and how we “will extol” Him then!

And we do hope you shall be also accompanying us, gathering with those who also want to be part of the body of Christ, worshipping the same God as Christ, the God of Abraham.

For Dutch speaking readers #3 Dutch triptych’s closing site

English: Bible in candlelight.

The Bible, like other scriptures, is open to interpretation depending on an individual’s religious background, personally-held beliefs, general understanding and many other factors. But we do have to be aware that it is God’s message to the world. It is His Word He has given to His creatures so that they might find Him and build up a good relationship with Him. It is the source which can bring us out of darkness.

Those assembled 66 books form the guide we are asking you to take with you on your trip to finding God. On the third component of the Flemish Triptych around looking for and finding God, the aim is to help those who have managed to do the first steps, namely looking for God (Op zoek naar God) and secondly finding the way which can bring us to God (De Weg naar God).

God vinden = Finding God
God vinden = Finding God

The blog on the third panel of the triptych opens with saying that we only can find something when we looked thoroughly “Vinden komt pas na goed zoeken“. Already in the first component of the triptych, as on our pages on the Relating to God site, we told our readers that we must know that our Creator Himself is ready to be found. He calls us. He wants to be found (De Schepper God wil gevonden worden).

In this system of things, the world offers many religions and also in Christendom there are many controversies. When we look at reactions of certain people who call themselves Christian it is understandable that non-believers in a god, atheists, are weary about those religious people. Sometimes the way those who call themselves God’s people think and act, makes it difficult to interest unbelievers in the God and His sent one and to hold those who are new in the faith.

Whilst the second component has its focus on the way to come to God, the final shutter looks at affirming the decisions which a person has to take when looking for God. Parts of texts published here in English shall be presented over there in Dutch. As such you may find the series on the seen and unseen, the touchable and untouchable, the transient and the imperishable, in Dutch on that site as well in different episodes.

This way you may find there already “Naar het vergankelijke of het onvergankelijke kijken” (Looking at the perishable and imperishable) parts 1, 2, 3, 45 and 6 covering the same subject as in our previous writings “A Start for looking at the unseen and the treasure to look forward to” and “Looking at the seen and going for the unseen“.

The God of Israel said that Israel’s closeness to Him will be seen by the nations around about and it is Him Who all people in the world should come to find and worship. Him alone, and no other God. The God of gods warned people that He wants to relate to them only when they do not make any graven images of Him.  Yes He Who demands not to make an idol for ourself, whether in the shape of anything in the heavens above or on the earth below or in the waters under the earth, is calling His creatures to come to Him and to give only worship to Him. the act of revering or adoring with dignity  and high standing should only be done to the Almighty Divine Creator, the Elohim Jehovah Host of hosts.

Exodus 20:1-7 (RNKJV)

Exodus 20
1 And Elohim spake all these words, saying, 2 I am יהוה {Jehovah} thy Elohim, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. 3 Thou shalt have no other elohim before me. 4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: 5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I יהוה thy Elohim am a jealous Elohim, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; 6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments. 7 Thou shalt not take the name of יהוה thy Elohim in vain; for יהוה will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

In that third section shall be given much attention to That One Who cannot be seen by man.

Exodus 33:19-20 (TS2009)
19 And He said, “I shall cause all My goodness to pass before you, and I shall proclaim the Name of יהוה {Jehovah} before you. And I shall favour him whom I favour, and shall have compassion on him whom I have compassion.” 20 But He said, “You are unable to see My face, for no man does see Me and live.”

The Way to God, God His only begotten son, the Nazarene man of flesh and blood, who really died, can be seen and it is him that we should follow. Whilst in the second component the focus is on Jesus Christ, the Messiah, the third component brings all knowledge together and looks at our relationship between Jesus, Godother people and other created elements like the plants and animals.

Our main focus over-there shall be on the one Who is Spirit and has nothing to do with gold or silver that man wants to use to portray Him.

Acts 17:29  (TS2009)
“Now then, since we are the offspring of Elohim, we should not think that the Elohim is like gold or silver or stone, an image made by the skill and thought of man.

John 4:24  (TS2009)
“Elohim is Spirit, and those who worship Him need to worship in spirit and truth.”

In the first two components we show how we may not be limited on our thinking, to what is going on in the world around us. All panels of the triptych show how we do have to become transformed. Transformed to God sensitivity, understanding the Awesomeness of His Presence around.

All three sites show the reader how we have to allow the Spirit of God to reside in us. To come to a good relationship between God, Jesus and each-other, we do need an open mind and to let the Scriptures bring us assurance that we belong to God when we give ourself up as His children.

Galatians 4:1-8 (TS2009)

Galatians 4
1 And I say, for as long as the heir is a child, he is no different from a slave, though he is master of all, 2 but is under guardians and trustees till the time prearranged by the father. 3 So we also, when we were children, were under the elementary matters of the world, being enslaved. 4 But when the completion of the time came, Elohim sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under Torah, 5 to redeem those who were under Torah, in order to receive the adoption as sons. 6 And because you are sons, Elohim has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying, “Abba, Father!” 7 So you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, also an heir of Elohim through Messiah. 8 But then, indeed, not knowing Elohim, you served those which by nature are not mighty ones.

Romans 8:9  (TS2009)
But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of Elohim dwells in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Messiah, this one is not His.

Romans 8:16  (TS2009)
The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of Elohim,

Romans 8:24-28 (TS2009)
24 For in this expectation we were saved, but expectation that is seen is not expectation, for when anyone sees, does he expect it? 25 And if we expect what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with endurance. 26 And in the same way the Spirit does help in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray, but the Spirit Himself pleads our case for us with groanings unutterable. 27 And He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the set-apart ones according to Elohim. 28 And we know that all matters work together for good to those who love Elohim, to those who are called according to His purpose.

For Dutch speaking readers #2 Second component of triptych

At “For Dutch speaking readers #1 On the first component of a triptych” we looked at the subjects tackled on the Dutch counterpart of this and the Weebly site.

The second component of the triptych concerning looking and finding God treats the subject of the Way to God: “De weg naar God“.

De Weg naar God = the Way to God
De Weg naar God = the Way to God

“The way to God” is a site created for those who are sincerely looking for God and see in front of them many denominations or churches calling out that they have the truth, but all having very different ideas.

That site wants to show people there are many ways in front of us. We can choose out of a lot of options and directions. Man being confronted by so many religions and so many different groups in each religion may wonder which religion is the right one and in that religion for which group he or she has to go.

Some may think that people “go to church

probably for the same reason that, when Adam & Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden, and thought God was near, they “hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden” (Genesis 3:8 NKJV). {Why People Don’t Come To Church}

Going to a church may be a valuable part of coming into the presence of God. Or when looking for God to find them there. But we should know that God is everywhere and not limited to one particular space.

Though we may agree with the saying

When people sin today, they think by staying away from “church,” they are hiding from God. {Why People Don’t Come To Church}

But like Adam & Eve found out,

“there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account” (Hebrews 4:13 NKJV).

The world has to know that God is calling all people, sinners and those who try to live a good life and are doing good. Non-believers or un-believers also can do very good things and for them it would also be better if they could see the importance to go on the right way to God. Also to them this website, our Weebly twin, and the Dutch antipode wants to bring them to see that mankind has to come on the right track.

When you do not believe in God this site and for the Dutch readers the Flemish sites can bring you closer to the One Who wants to have a relationship with His creatures. As an unbeliever it shall not hurt to have a look at what we have to say or to make a visit at a Christian church and to see and hear what they have to tell you there.

It is when “an unbeliever or an uninformed person” attends church, that “the secrets of his heart are revealed; and so, falling down on his face, he will worship God” (1 Corinthians 14:24-25 NKJV). The churches of Christ invite you to come. {Why People Don’t Come To Church}

Lots of people may think you have to be a fool to believe in a god. “Idioot zijn om te geloven?” (Being an idiot to believe) tackles that idea and want to show you that perhaps you might be smarter than all those who want you to keep away from God.

Paadjes, straten, autowegen, hoeken en kantjes” (Paths, streets, highways, corners and edges) looks at the world-map with her many paths, which bring people from one to an other place. It tells that even if we have a modern gps in the old ages already a very good satmap was provided by the Creator of all what we see around us.

The Maker of that most elaborate Plan gives His readers the liberty to choose freely. In “De Plannenontwerper laat kaarthouders of klanten vrij kiezen” (Plans Planner allows cardholders or customers choose freely) we show how the Maker provide His Plan and how He gave the best Guide to go on our road-trip.

The coming up series showing that there is a way to joy and eternal happiness shall be placed on that second component in Dutch, or should we better say shall be translated to this site in English?

Here too we shall look how you can experience the daily management and joy of God. On The Way to God (De Weg naar God) the focus is on the many roads man has in front of him but only one true Way to God. On that site we want to convince  people that we can be sure that there is something much better than the life man finds here at the moment. We shall show that also this system of things shall be limited in time, the same as any living being is, but that we do have the prospect to something much better.

The coming up series on this site and in Dutch on the “Weg naar God” site shall bring answers to your questions about this and the future life.

On that site we also shall look at different religions and how even in Christian religious groups so many have gone far away form the Biblical teachings. Like on this site we want to bring all those who are looking for God to come to see that we should use the Books God provided and listen to His Words to come to the Truth.

Therefore please do make sure that you always keep the bible at hand to check what is really written there.

For Dutch speaking readers #1 On the first component of a triptych

On this site only English articles are presented, but for most of them a translation in Dutch shall be provided and shared between the triptych concerning the “Looking and Finding God”.

As such texts in Dutch may be found on “Op zoek naar God“, “De Weg naar God” and on “God vinden“.

Op zoek naar God = A la recherche de Dieu = Looking for God
Op zoek naar God = A la recherche de Dieu = Looking for God

At the moment the material of the previous postings is cut in different parts and presented as follows:

On the first component “Op zoek naar God” (Seeking God) you may find

After the Welcome message “Welkomstboodschap”  we look at the beginning of our world with “Ontstaan van ons wereldbestel”  and let our readers know that the idea of a certain evolution does not have to stand in the way of religious thinking. (Evolutieleer hoeft zoeken naar God niet in de weg te staan) Though when looking at the evolution and how are world continues it requires many thoughts and lots of research. In “Onderzoek eist bewijsvoering en afgaan op bewijsmateriaal” we want to get our readers to understand that by research we do have to use sufficient research material and have to look sincerely at the proofs our environment gives about certain events.

We also are aware that man has lots of questions bothering him and that he needs answers on them. “Met vragen zitten over ontstaan en redenen van zijn” bring to the forefront that we may have lots of questions about our being and the reasons of our being here. “Ontstaan en complexiteit in de natuur verwijzend naar Bijzondere Oorzaak” (Origin and complexity in nature referring to Special Cause) looks at the beginning of man and the complexity behind our being or existence. In a certain way when we look at nature and how all the existing things have such a complexity which goes above the brains and capacity of man, it shows how a particular Mighty Hand or Supreme Being has to be above it. (Complexiteit, organisatie en precisie bewijzen intelligente Ontwerper = Complexity, organization and precision evidence intelligent Designer)

In “Argumenten tegen Bijbelse scheppingsverhaal ontzenuwd” (Arguments against biblical creation story refuted) we look at the creation and how certain people their ideas are contradicted and how we should better look at other Biblical texts (taking the whole 66 books their sayings into account) before we jump to conclusions. None of the texts may be separated from the other.

Romans 15:4 (RNKJV)
4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.

1 Corinthians 10:11  (RNKJV)
Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

2 Timothy 3:16  (RNKJV)
All scripture is given by inspiration of יהוה, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

2 Timothy 3:17  (RNKJV)
That the man of יהוה may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

Looking at those books we have to come to know what to look for and where to look for. In “Welke dingen zoeken” (To look for what) we give a start to the quest for “the unseen” and bring an introduction to “De zoeker naar God en wereldse schatten” (The seeker for God and worldly treasures)

When you want to go on a search for truth and for God you may doubt if you would have enough time and if you could arrange it with your school-, home- or professional work. In “Werken, studeren en zoeken samen mogelijk” (Work, study and search together possible) we show our readers that it is possible to have your worldly duties not suffering under your spiritual duties. Going on a quest to find the truth, looking for the reasons of our being, has not to intervene with our normal daily duties. You can do both together, searching for God and searching for a normal life. It even helps to look for God in getting a more successful life.

English: Pentagram with one point up (de Guait...
Pentagram with one point up (de Guaita) Includes form of the “Pentagrammaton” (i.e. an incorrect attempt to derive a version of the Hebrew name of Jesus by adding the letter shin ש in the middle of the Tetragrammaton divine name yod-he-waw-he יהוה ). (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

On every bodies lips will be if we can sense God. In “Kan men God zoeken en ervaren” (Is it possible to look for God and to experience God) Yes it is possible when we look for God to find Him and to experience Him, though God can not be seen, but all He does can be seen and experienced.

At the start of your quest you may wonder if  there can be a connection between God and man > “Is er een verbinding tussen God en mens?
Is it possible to connect to something one can not touch nor see? > “Kan men een verbinding maken met iets dat men niet kan aanraken” (Can you make a connection to something that one can not touch)

On this site and our counterparts (in English and Dutch) we love to show that though there may be many ways to get somewhere, there is a road pattern presented to us, to easily find the right and shortest way to follow to go through a small gate and to make the right connection. > “Wegpatroon volgen om verbindingen aan te gaan” (Road pattern to follow to get links)

We do have to be conscious that there are roadblocks. In this world there are many things which stand in the way to come to a good relationship with the One Unseen Who is behind everything. Materialism is the killer which has here eyes on each of us.  In “Materie en tijdelijkheid” (Matter and temporal) we look at those things which surround us and attract a lot of people. The majority in this world is convinced that richness of wealthy materialistic things shall bring them unfinished luck, joy and good friendship with others. In their conceitedness they lounge away from real luck, deceived by commercialism and media who lure us in all sorts, but the wrong adventures.

We all have to face the restricted lifespan of everything. “Het levende, het verderfelijke en het gestorvene” (The living, the pernicious and that what died) looks at all those things which surround us and which would like to gather, but should know about them, that we can not take them with us in our grave to another life.

We must know that there shall come a time when there shall be looked at the people who behaved themselves well, the good ones and the bad ones of this earth. “Goeden, slechten en het zichtbare en onzichtbare” (Good, bad and the visible and invisible) brings a sort of warning that we should take in mind what will be important in later days.

Looking for the perceptible or the latent or what needed for us

We should not be so caught up with the “things of this world” that we forget what really matters.

English: St. Augustine of Hippo
Churches bringing their own myths and doctrinal teachings – St. Augustine of Hippo (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

In this system of things most people love to follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever they want to hear. Most people will reject the truth and follow strange myths, because they look more interesting or intriguing than that what is plainly told in the Holy Scriptures (2 Timothy 4:3-5) . You who want to know more about life, your reason why being here, wanting to know What or Who is about your life, should keep a clear mind in every situation.

“You have made us for yourself, O Lord, and our hearts are restless until they rest in you.” So began St. Augustine of Hippo in his famous spiritual autobiography, Confessions.

If you are feeling this restless tug on your own soul, you’ve come to a good place.

With our writings we want to show you the Way to God by providing some honest, thoughtful writings on the search for truth and God and showing you biblical teachings concerning man’s position and God‘s place in the universe.

We would like to convince you that Christianity might be the best solution for you. It can satisfy both our hearts and our minds. Christianity is not only a comprehensive worldview, but reveals to us a God who lovingly meets both our existential needs and our longing for truth and salvation from all these troubles of the earth.

Though God can not be seen He is real and we do hope that these articles will be useful to you in your search to know God.

The problem with many people is that they created an illusionary God, making Him like they see any other man. They If we envisage God as a person clothed with epithets such as powerful, loving, just, fear-inspiring and omnipotent, creating a manmade image.

In his book, The Future of an Illusion, Sigmund Freud points out

“Religion comprises a system of wishful illusions together with a disavowal of reality.” In other words we have an innate tendency to invent the particular God that suits our needs. Ironically this is precisely what the second commandment fulminates against. A paradox lies at the heart of the doorstep caller’s question. The more you claim to know God and attempt to delineate his nature the less likely you are to have hit the bull’s eye.

We must be careful not to become trapped in the world’s imaginable ideas of godheads or should do everything to escape from this impasse by re-orienteering our thought forms.

Some may say

Faith is not the progressive unearthing of God’s nature but a recognition that he/she is fundamentally unknowable.

They forget that God Himself has given His Word to come to get to know Him. He provided all means to find truth and to find harmony and Him and to get to know more about Him, His intentions and His people.

Jan Van Ruysbroeck, the 14th century Augustinian and man of prayer, maintained that

“God is immeasurable and incomprehensible, unattainable and unfathomable”.

St John of the Cross, one of the pillars of western mysticism, put it even more succinctly:

“If a man wishes to be sure of the road he travels on, he must close his eyes and walk in the dark.”

for sure the world walks already many centuries in the dark and it is getting high time to come into the light. Light provided by the Majestic Majesty Himself. Many are rudderless in a sea of uncertainty. All the old props of a father God, prayer as colloquy with a personal deity and faith as a clear-cut assent to a set of credal formulations has been deconstructed and abandoned.

We must know that man has created lots of dogma’s, teachings people would have to believe to be so but of which they had to know they must believe it to be true though it might be so unbelievable, because man could not comprehend it. Do know God did not make it so complicated. God is a God of love, order and tranquillity, who wants people to know Him.

We have to release us from the burden of kowtowing to the dictates of what people say what would be in a holy book. We should liberate us from the human dictations and consider more what is really written in the Book of books. By opening our eyes wanting to come to see what is really written in the Bible we shall be able to become  relieved of the intellectual difficulties of accepting the dogmatic assertions of an ecclesiastical hierarchy.

Listening to the Maker himself, letting the Words of God come to you, you shall come to see how chains may become unlocked. You shall notice how you too may be liberated and can follow your own spiritual path. Thomas Merton, the Trappist monk, spent a lifetime doing just this and found it uncovered an oasis of calmness and peace.

“Follow my ways and I will lead you to golden-haired suns, Logos and music, blameless joys, Innocent of questions and beyond answers: For I, Solitude, am thine own self: I, Nothingness, am thy All. I Silence, am thy Amen!”

Give it a whirl. It might just free you from the shackles of orthodoxy and kickstart your spiritual life.

A Start for looking at the unseen and the treasure to look forward to

Man can not see God and live (Exodus 10:28; 33:20) but the unseen God wants to connect to His creatures and we are demanded to pray to the unseen God, our Father Who is also the heavenly Father of Jesus, Abraham and many others who worshipped Only One True God, the God of Israel.

For man it is very difficult to believe in something what can not be seen. But the unseen is eternal (2 Corinthians 4:18) and man should know that there in the unseen is the Most High treasure.

Exodus 10:28 (RNKJV)
28 And Pharaoh said unto him, Get thee from me, take heed to thyself, see my face no more; for in that day thou seest my face thou shalt die.

Exodus 33:20 (RNKJV)
20 And he said, Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live.

2 Corinthians 4:18  (RNKJV)
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

Most people have their eyes on the things we can see. They are often blinded by all the material this world can offer them. Materialism is killing many people on this earth in this system of things. instead of looking for perishable things we better look for the imperishable because all things we see have a limit of existence.

Genesis 6:17  (RNKJV)
And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under heaven; and every thing that is in the earth shall die.

Job 4:20  (RNKJV)
They are destroyed from morning to evening: they perish for ever without any regarding it.

Jeremiah 6:21  (RNKJV)
Therefore thus saith יהוה, Behold, I will lay stumblingblocks before this people, and the fathers and the sons together shall fall upon them; the neighbour and his friend shall perish.

Luke 13:3 (RNKJV)
3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

Colossians 2:22  (RNKJV)
Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?

The world shall have to come to know that those who prefer the perishable goods could loose a much more interesting future with the imperishable. All of perishable seed, man shall have to work at his character making it set-apart, becoming a child of the seed God has sent forth so that believers in God will be judged and receive approval to enter the Kingdom of God.

1 Corinthians 15:51-58 (RNKJV)
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? 56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to יהוה, which giveth us the victory through our Master Yahushua the Messiah. 58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of יהוה, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in Him.

In this world we often have to work very hard and some may think it is all for nothing. For some of them there also may never seem an end to it. But for those who believe in God and what He said there is hope and they look forward to enormous good prospects.

In case you are looking for a better life you should better look first for the One Who can give you a much better life than this perishable one.

You also may be sure that if you are looking for God, God will find you.

Ignatius of Loyola or Mother Teresa would have likewise believed that even as we are looking, and even when we mostly feel lost, God is somehow finding us, whether or not it feels that way to us. Ignatius believed (as I do) that when we set ourselves toward some worthy purpose that transcends our meager strength, we tap into a source of meaning, strength, peace, and courage that is beyond us. We come to realize, in a graced moment, that we are called to some great purpose, that we cannot do it on our own, but that we don’t have to do it on our own. That’s why Ignatius urges, in one after another of his Spiritual Exercises, that we speak to Jesus “in the way one friend speaks to another.” – {If you are looking for God God will find you}

When you start looking for God you have to open your mind and be willing to search the Scriptures, the set-apart Book of books, God has given the world to edify. Those words written down in His Name shall shed light on this world and on what to come. Written to whom it is about to be reckoned those 66 books put together are all connected with each other and should be taken as one unit. All the words in it shall show you the true face of Jehovah Who is the God Almighty, Host of hosts, greater than all gods and King above all kings. The Bible shall also show you who is who and bring you the right way to look for Christ, who is the Way to God.

By that Nazarene man it will be possible to figuratively see God, because he has shown God. At this website we also hope we shall be able to show you Who God is and What He is for us and the world.

We are pleased you found this site and do hope we shall be able to coach you along your way in your quest to God.

Looking forward to finish the race together in the near future.

Wishing you good luck and a good start.

Relating to God is it possible

Relating to God Weebly site Relation page
Relating to God Weebly site Relation page

Some people do find it ridiculous to hear others saying to “relate to God”. There are those who say there does not exist a god and others who say God is so Divine it is impossible for man to have a relationship with Him. Others say it is only the son of God who is related to God because he is the incarnation of God himself, God having coming to earth. For them God became personified. Some two thousand years ago, according to them, there took place an act of embodying in flesh. Those believers who call themselves also Christians are convinced that Christ Jesus is an incarnate yatsar or form of God. For them he is the manifestation of God and the visible embodiment of the Most High. They think it was God who took an the form of a slave.
At this site we shall show that God may be manifested in Christ Jesus but that the Bible teaches that Jesus is the son of God and that nowhere in the Holy Scriptures is written he would be the “god the son” (a big difference).

Somewhere in the world there are others who believe what the Bible says, that God is the sent one from God, the one who came to “let it be known” that the God of gods is the Divine Creator Who wants His creatures to have a good relationship with Him and His creatures.

The Nazarene rabbi Jeshua (Jesus Christ) declared his intentions and got followers who listened to his words, followed his teachings and unleashed a worldwide movement. That what was stirred up in the first century of this common era (CE) still continues these days with new followers of Christ (Christians) who also want to keep to Jesus his teachings and to the same books Jesus followed and preached from (the Hebrew and Aramaic writings or 39 Judaic Books = the Old Testament). Additionally those followers to day use also the books written by Jeshua’s disciples and the called apostle Paul, 27 writings compiled in the Messianic Writings or New Testament).

Those followers of Jeshua from all over the world join forces to have people come to know the Way to God, who is this sent one from God, rabbi Jeshua, son of man and son of God. They do agree that the Divine Creator has distinguishing features and that not all human beings do have the required qualities to have mutual relations. What’s more, most people are living on strained relations with each other and with the Creator.

Being created in the image of God every human from whatever race is in the likeness of God. Being of the old world descendants of the 1° Adam or of descendants of the 2° Adam, who are in the likeness of Christ Jesus, the first born of the New World, like Jesus was in the image of God.

Genesis 1:1 (RNKJV)
Genesis 1
1 In the beginning Elohim created the heaven and the earth.

Genesis 1:26-27 (RNKJV)
26 And Elohim said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27 So Elohim created man in his own image, in the image of Elohim created he him; male and female created he them.

Psalms 100:3  (RNKJV)
Know ye that יהוה he is Elohim: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

Isaiah 64:8  (RNKJV)
But now, O יהוה, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.

Colossians 1:15 (RNKJV)
15 Who is the image of the invisible Elohim, the firstborn of every creature:

When a Maker would make something in His image, do you not think He would like to relate to it.?

First of all it is something He created. He made it Himself. He also liked what He made. After He created something every time we are told He looked at it and saw that it was good.

Genesis 1:31 (RNKJV)
31 And Elohim saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

Also later when Jesus was born and had done everything according God’s Will, God was pleased with that creation.

Colossians 1:19-20 (RNKJV)
19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell; 20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

We are also told that the heavens were sanctified with what the Elohim Hashem Jehovah had done.

Psalms 19:1  (RNKJV)
The heavens declare the glory of El; and the firmameint sheweth his handywork.

Psalms 104:24  (RNKJV)
O יהוה, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.

Psalms 104:31  (RNKJV)
The glory of יהוה shall endure for ever: יהוה shall rejoice in his works.

Ephesians 3:21  (RNKJV)
Unto him be glory in the assembly by the Messiah Yahushua throughout all ages, world without end. amein.

When God’s glory has to stay for ever it means also when He has to heave pleasure in His works, and others should glorify His works, than it means that there must be a relationship with that what He created.

Throughout history we also can see how God kept contact with those who came after Adam and Eve. Although they had doubted God’s right to have dominion over man, God was forgiving and loving His creatures, wanting them to give an other chance. Those who were willing to come to Him He was willing to receive.

From the many Bible stories we can clearly see that the Elohim Hashem Jehovah, the Divine Creator really wants to make an alley with His creatures.

At this and our sibling website we want to show the world that God wants to connect with the living creatures. We also want to show how we can be involved in God’s demand for an ally.

By going through the coming articles you might come to see how you can have a bearing on the creation and can empathize with the Divine Creator and other living creatures.

Welcome to this WordPress site

Welcome and thanks for coming to have a look at this sibling-site of Relating to God.

Explaining the Christadelphian Aims on Relating to God page.

The Belgian Christadelphians following up the task Jesus gave his disciples to go out in the world and to preach the gospel of the coming Kingdom of God, want to let God’s Name be known all over the world and let people enjoy the hope Jesus has given to the world by offering himself as a ransom for the sins of man.

With Relating to God (on Weebly) and here on WordPress, we want to show people the importance of coming into good relationships with each other and with the Divine Maker of all things. On both platforms we would like to hand out some tools to help each other to come on the right track and to see that the Way to God is Jeshua, the Kristos, better known as Jesus Christ, the Messiah.

When you are looking for God and want to find Him for connecting with Him, we advise to use His Own Tool, He provide already in the past centuries. The Best Tool God Himself provided is His Word, presented to us in a divine library of 66 books (39 in Hebrew and/or Aramaic and 27 in Hebrew). It has become a best-seller of all times though many people never read it. In case more people would read it there would be less problems on earth. We would like to bring people so far that they go to look in their Bible for answers and to compare those things what are said by human beings and what is really said by the Divine Author or the Holy Scriptures, Who is a God Who does not tell lies.

19 God is not like a man, so that he would lie, nor is he like a son of man, so that he would be changed. Therefore, having spoken, will he not act? Has he ever spoken, and not fulfilled? (Numbers 23:19 CPDV)

Relating to God (Weebly website) God of gods page.

This God of gods Who is not a man of flesh and blood, but a Spirit, has given His word so that man can learn from it. And that is what we should do and help each individual to understand that it is God His Word they should listen to more than to words of man who like to bring forward their own dogma’s.

We would love people to accept the Words written as they are in the Bible, having them to come to see Who is who and having them to accept those Bible characters for what and who  they are, always taking as their guide and remembering the Word of God.

24 God is Spirit. And so, those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth.”  (John 4.24 CPDV)

19 He responded: “I will show you all that is good, and I will call out with the name of the Lord before you. And I will take pity on whomever I will, and I will be lenient to whomever it will please me.”
20 And again he said: “You are not able to see my face. For man shall not see me and live.”  (Exodus 33:20 CPDV)

16 In all things, take up the shield of faith, with which you may be able to extinguish all the fiery darts of the most wicked one.
17 And take up the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit (which is the Word of God).
18 Through every kind of prayer and supplication, pray at all times in spirit, and so be vigilant with every kind of earnest supplication, for all the saints,  (Ephesians 6:16-18 CPDV)

12 For the Word of God is living and effective: more piercing than any two-edged sword, reaching to the division even between the soul and the spirit, even between the joints and the marrow, and so it discerns the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
13 And there is no created thing that is invisible to his sight. For all things are naked and open to the eyes of him, about whom we are speaking.
14 Therefore, since we have a great High Priest, who has pierced the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, we should hold to our confession.
15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to have compassion on our infirmities, but rather one who was tempted in all things, just as we are, yet without sin.
16 Therefore, let us go forth with confidence toward the throne of grace, so that we may obtain mercy, and find grace, in a helpful time.  (Hebbrews 4:12-16)

16 All Scripture, having been divinely inspired, is useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in justice,
17 so that the man of God may be perfect, having been trained for every good work.   (2 Timothy 3:16-17 CPDV)

To come to a good relationship with somebody we may not twist the words  that person speaks, the same for the biblical characters, when they say something we should not think something else. For example when God says that Jesus is His begotten son we should also read and accept that Jesus is the son of God and not making it in “being the god son“.

We should believe what is written in God’s Word, the Bible and should know that there shall come a time that people will not want to know about what is really written in it and would prefer to follow the teachings of men, like words of theologians.

3 For there shall be a time when they will not endure sound doctrine, but instead, according to their own desires, they will gather to themselves teachers, with itching ears,
4 and certainly, they will turn their hearing away from the truth, and they will be turned toward fables. (2 Timothy 4:3-4 CPDV)

Therefore we ask you to let our words settle and if you find something we say or write different from what you were taught, or perhaps even shocking, please do check everything we say with the Bible, and get your knowledge from that Word of God. At this site you are also welcome to ask your questions or give your remarks, if you have them, at the end of each article. We shall appreciate your contribution.

7 The beginning of wisdom is to obtain wisdom, and, with all that you possess, to acquire prudence. 8 Grasp her, and she will exalt you. You will be glorified by her, when you have embraced her. (Proverbs 4:7-8 CPDV)

3 For if you would call upon wisdom and bend your heart to prudence, 4 if you will seek her like money, and dig for her as if for treasure, 5 then you will understand the fear of the Lord, and you will discover the knowledge of God.
6 For the Lord bestows wisdom, and out of his mouth, prudence and knowledge.
7 He will preserve the salvation of the righteous, and he will protect those who walk in simplicity: 8 serving the paths of justice, and guarding the ways of sanctity.
9 Then you shall understand justice and judgment, and equity, and every good path.
10 If wisdom is to enter into your heart, and if knowledge is to become pleasing to your soul, 11 then counsel must guard you, and prudence must serve you, 12 so that you may be rescued from the evil way, and from the man who speaks perversities, 13 from those who leave the straight path to walk in dark ways, 14 who rejoice when they have done evil, and who exult in the most wicked things.  (Proverbs 2:3-10 CPDV)

We would love those coming along our sites to join us on the climb to above. We do believe we should take the Bible as a book to be set apart (to be holy)

5 Every word of God is fire-tested. He is a bronze shield to those who hope in him.
6 Do not add anything to his words, lest you be reproved and be discovered to be a liar. (Proverbs 30:5-6 CPDV)

2 so that your ears may listen to wisdom, then bend your heart in order to know prudence.
(Micha 4:2-14 CPDV)

We endeavour to present ourself approved to God, a workman not made ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth and do hope to bring others to God by looking forward they too will share that Word with the true message in the right way.

15 Be solicitous in the task of presenting yourself before God as a proven and unashamed worker who has handled the Word of Truth correctly. (2 Timothy 2:15 CPDV)

Relating to God Weebly site Home page 20160309

With the Weebly site Relating to God we shall be able to see the difference of the amount of visitors opposite a WordPress site, and we shall have the opportunity to experience the differences with those sites of different providers.

The Belgian Christadelphians already present Broeders in Christus (or Brethren in Christ) and their ecclesia website on WordPress and are very satisfied of the WordPress facilities.

Relating to God Weebly site Blog page 20160309For blogging WordPress proofed to be far superior to all the other systems we have tried. Therefore we shall see how the Weebly system works out for the newly created site “Relating to God” and offer this Relating to God Blog as a an additional gather way.

With both platforms we do hope to be able to reach as many people as possible to bring the Good News of the Gospel which we have received from God’s son Jeshua, Jesus Christ, the Messiah.

As followers of Christ we want to fulfil the tasks he asked his disciples to take up. The preaching of the coming Kingdom of God is one of the essentials of being a Christian. Our aim is to have the Word of God known by more people and to get them in contact with Him to build up a good relationship with Him, the most High, His son and His children, the people of God and all other creatures.
