Man being created has himself chosen to go his own way. Man rebelled against his Maker but that Creator wants their relationship again to be restored and receive all human beings again as His children.
It was an act of rebellion which the Bible calls sin. Its consequence was mortality, the condition in which all human life ends naturally in death. Once born, we are confronted with all the difficulties of this worldly life. From the start we have to learn by experiences, often falling and then having to find a way to get straight up again. Being Often confronted with setbacks we always have to find a way to go against the misfortune. Facing all the adversity, having to cope with the struggles of life we have to find ways to be stronger than all the blows we get in our face. For centuries men have sought consolation in pleasing views about themselves and their ultimate fate. They were eager to please themselves and to be satisfied in their natural desires. Many desires of the flesh lured them away from their Maker. There are the desires of fulfilment, libido, rank, money, but also those for instruction and wisdom.
For this reason man has to learn many lessons from what is going on in this world.
Out of them, from the tribe of King David, came a sent one from God, who made the Name and glory of his heavenly Father holy and known to many, and asked them to go out into the world to have God’s Name resounding all over the world. For centuries and generations past has been revealed, like to God’s people, a Word not of any private interpretation, for guidance, instruction and to bring happiness and a better life for man.
Written for our instruction that through perseverance and the encouragement of the scriptures we might have hope, mankind has something to look forward. The Bible, however, encourages no wishful thinking about human nature. It is utterly realistic about ourselves, our powers and our weaknesses. We were created, so it tells us, “in the image of God“; that is, we have been given wonderful powers of mind. We can reason; we have a power of conscience, warning us when wrong is being done; and we have a power of will, enabling us to make decisions affecting our conduct and so our lives. In our life we do have to come to control ourselves. At this website, in the blog we shall show ways to come to such a control that we can receive a betterment in our life. We shall try to show that it is possible for man to have much more in their own hand than they think. Though we may have strong natural desires which demand satisfaction: the pressure to indulge ourselves in many ways, to acquire material possessions, and to defend our pride, we can work at ourselves making us set-apart or holy.
Human history is a record of the way in which men and women have allowed their desires to dominate them. Strife and suffering have been the inevitable result.
Suffering still continuous. For many it may look like there is an apparent silence of God. Though at this site we will show that those who are looking for God, sincerely willing to seek and find Him, when they dare to looking for a primary cause and a goal that can not offer philosophers existing beliefs. They have written a lot about man, living, afterlife a.o.. Most people do prefer to keep to those human writings and human traditions. For many it is too difficult to put human and false doctrines aside and choosing to follow Biblical doctrines. Though each of us has to come to pure doctrine of the gospel.
Biblical doctrine may bring us to wisdom and insight. When we are willing to be guided by those Holy Scriptures and learn how we have to behave and what happens with man, we shall come to see that we may have a good prospect if we keep to the commandments of the Creator. Man has to be aware that whatever he tries to do his life is limited in time. Before it comes to an end he shall have to have made the right decisions. We are warned we have to be very careful not to be too late. Because once we die, because we are mortal, we shall not be able to change any thing any more. We shall not be able to take anything from this world into our grave and shall not be able to do anything. If left to ourselves, we “perish” (to use the Bible phrase) – that is, we cease to exist. Dead people are just like dead animals and lie unconscious in the grave. In death, they suffer no pain, but “sleep in the dust of the earth” (Daniel 12:2).
The widespread idea that man possesses an “immortal soul” and goes on living after death (usually “in heaven”) is definitely not a Bible teaching. The Church of England Commission which produced in 1945 its report Towards the Conversion of England, stated clearly that the idea of the immortal soul “owes its origin to Greek, not the Bible, sources” (page 23). The theory was early absorbed into the teaching of the Church from paganism, and is an important example of a number of changes in original Christian beliefs made over the centuries.
But there is hope. The grave need not be the end for us, as we shall see in the different articles presented at this site.
Lessons written down in Guide and exercise book
Long, long ago several writers from different backgrounds did not mind to write down their stupidities and the many lessons they had to learn.
Over a period of 16 centuries a 40 persons were ordered by a Power much mightier than any man to write down what He wanted. Their writings, where compiled in a harmonious set, which became called the Bible, the Book of books and great masterpiece. Though it may be an often unread best-seller of all times, it is the best manual for life. The Eternal Being, the Supreme Activator and Creator, the Elohim Hashem Jehovah took care that in all the generations of this world everybody had an opportunity to hear His Voice and to find the Way to Him. Also for our present generations you could say God’s blog is handy presentable for them to educate them. Even when it may be so old, it is still up to date and has all answers for us at this present time. What it has to tell is still of utmost importance for today, perhaps even more stringent than in previous generations. Those looking for God and those who found God have to take attention to the Expounding Voice and will come to understand how important it is to take the sayings of those books in Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek at heart.Nearly everything the Hand behind the holy writings said has become a reality. Only a few things still have to happen, and we may be sure they shall be going to happen.
Therefore we best take that book of books serious and let us guide it throughout our life. |
